The two-story detached house was designed to provide a space for the needs of a family of four. Its characteristic element is the large single balcony of the floor, which is shaped in such a way as to resemble a large picture frame above the ground floor. Equally special is the small garden, which is created in front of the frame, in part of the ground floor ceiling.
The lower level hosts the living areas of the residence as well as a bedroom, while the remaining bedrooms and the office are located on the upper level.
A large two-story semi-open space dominates the rear of the residence, creating a more private space for the family to ‘unwind’ and relax.
