In a suburb of Patras and close to the sea, lies a small plot for which the two-story detached house was designed.
Serving the requirement for a larger floor area, a key element of the residence’s design was the creation of a ‘portico’, by extending the floor footprint beyond the ground floor, offering an opening to the rear deck.
The daycare areas are organized on the ground floor level, in an open plan, while on the first floor one can find the private areas of the bedrooms.
Simple lines, large openings and metal and wood details are the elements that dominate the facades of the residence.
