The need to accommodate a large family, the location of the plot as well as the simultaneous view of the mountain and the sea, were the main parameters for the design of this imposing two-storey detached house, in Krini Patras.
The two main volumes that make up the residence, facing each other, with inverted roofs and spread over three levels, are functionally connected through a single two-story section. This central volume constitutes the backbone of the residence, both visually and functionally, as it includes the axes of horizontal and vertical movement, while at the same time it opens with a double-height window towards the mountain.
The main areas of the residence are organized on three levels. On the ground floor, the daycare areas are being developed, as well as a guest house, a closed parking lot and auxiliary areas. On the second level, the most private spaces, the family bedrooms, are hosted, each of which is functionally connected to the third level, that of the open balconies, under the roof.
The views are dominated by the imposing roofs, the special openings and the sheltered semi-outdoor spaces and terraces, which open to the view at every point and offer sufficient relaxation spaces for the family.
