This two-storey residence with an attic was designed to accommodate two families, with an emphasis on functional autonomy and integration into the unique morphology of the elongated plot.
The composition is articulated linearly, through successive rectangular volumes that develop both vertically and longitudinally, integrating dynamically with the natural topography. A defining element is the central core, which houses the atrium, staircase and elevator, acting as the connector between the living zones. The main spaces are organized on either side, forming clearly defined living and sleeping zones.
On the ground floor, the first residence features an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area oriented toward the back outdoor space. The bedrooms and bathroom are located near the main entrance, in direct relation to the garden and swimming pool. Additionally, parking and storage areas are provided. The upper floor accommodates the second residence with a similar layout, ensuring privacy and independence. The attic includes an office, bathroom, storage room and bedroom, while also offers access to the rooftop terrace.
The outdoor area is designed as an extension of the living space, incorporating recreational, lounge, and outdoor kitchen functions. The arcade created at the atrium on the ground floor, through which access to the building is provided, serves as a transitional space between interior and exterior. The architectural proposal expresses a balance between functionality, clean geometry and connection with the landscape, shaping a cohesive, contemporary residential environment.
